They also have a guide bearing which ensures that you can use a pattern easily and unless your requirement is very obscure you should find something here to suit any job you have because you get a ¼ inch bead diameter, a 3/8 inch, a ½ inch, a 5/8 inch, a ¾ inch and a 1 inch.

CMT Bullnose Router Bit This bullnose bit is a top seller and has a ½ inch shank, 7/8 inch diameter and ¾ inch cutting length. CMT are well known and well regarded producers of bullnose bits and this bit will give you a really nice finish on window sills, shelves, stair treads etc. in one cut.
CMT bullnose bits have bead diameters which range from ¼ inch to 1 inch and have an anti kickback design. You can investigate further if you like at my site and check out some reviews of these and other router bits.

Grizzly Bull Nose bit, ¼ inch shank, ¾ inch cutter diameter. This bit is ideal for full beading and rounding edges and has a cutting diameter of ¾ inch, cutting length of ½ inch and and overall length of 1 ¾ with a diameter of ¼.
Grizzly do a full range of bull nose bits which includes all possible specifications that you might need.
Bosch ½ bullnose router bit has a ½ inch shank and are carbide tipped. Bosch claim that the micrograin carbide that they use in their bits ensure a life which is 30% longer than standard micrograins but I can't confirm this.
